No = Your order will come in separate cut pieces.

Yes = I will assemble and glue your tray and Housing together prior to being shipped.

If you want clear moulds for use with UV Resin please make sure you add the Clear upgrade to your order. Any order that does not have this upgrade added will be shipped in the colour of the day.

Yes I accept custom orders. All orders are bespoke so please contact me at sales@tawnysupplies.co.uk for a custom quote. Time scales vary depending on the project, but I will notify you of this when discussing the order.

Refunds are only offered if Tawny Supplies are contacted within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items need to be unused, in original packaging and/or faulty, any item that has been used cannot be returned or refunded.
This does not apply to any item that is agreed to be faulty by Tawny Supplies.

If you have any problems with your order. please message me via email to sales@tawnysupplies.com within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to sort the issue for you. Please note that the item must be unused, as one used it cannot be returned, refunded or replaced.

Depending on what the issue is with the order, I will either off a refund or a replacement - replacements are only offered on returned and unused items. Refunds are only offered for faulty items, I am unable to refund/replace an item where there is no fault.

Yes you can combine up to 2 orders as long as they have not yet been marked as shipped. Tawny Supplies reserves the right to refuse combining orders if it not deemed as possible.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, As long as you have ordered standard, non custom items.

Any item that is custom or made to order will be subject to approval. If your custom order has not been started yet, an order can be cancelled but may be subject to an Artwork Fee for any work already completed starting at £5.

UK orders are dispatched using 1st class which takes a minimum of 1-2 days to arrive but can take up to 14 days depending on the workload of Royal Mail.

Orders outside of the UK: These are all sent Tracked and normally take 1-3 weeks but they can take up to 12 weeks during busy periods.
